October 13, 2022 – The Chicago Comedy Film Festival has selected “Strange Creatures of the Adult Wilderness” as one of the finalists in its 2022 script competition. Since 2019 the festival has folded the Web-Series into the Shorts division. The nine “Strange Creatures” scripts came in just short enough to be a short.

The winners are scheduled to be announced in early 2023.
